about the company.My client is a top tier investment bank, who is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the teamabout the team.Reporting to Head of Legal, you will be joining a big legal team and supporting Brokerage businessabout the job.
  • You will provide legal support to brokerage and research teams to draft or review various transactio documents, brokerage agreements, and other service agreements
  • You will advise business teams on various legal, structural, reputational and other transaction-related issues
  • Respond to regulatory initiates, market structure reform and policy work
  • Work closely with Compliance on various matters affecting brokerage business
  • Assist in other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
skills & experiences required.
  • You need to be qualified in HK, UK, US or other major jurisdictions
  • Qalified lawyers with 6-10 PQE from a reputable international Law firms or leading financial institutions
  • Ideally you need to have good knowledge of brokerage business
  • Experience in funds, equity, FICC, wealth management, private bank background will also be considered
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English
