Our client is a reputable Retail Group with diversified chain store across Hong Kong and China. With hiring expansion, they are now inviting Senior Leasing Officer to join their team.
About the job
- Support and assist Team Head on all leasing issue of the group, favourable terms negotiation with developers and individual landlords
- Review and amend Tenancy/Lease Agreements
- Prepare tender documents for timely submission
- Conduct and collect market intelligence and preparation of presentations materials
- Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required
What you'll ideally have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines is preferred
- Minimum min. 2 years working experience in leasing, preferably with focus on retail leasing
- Familiar with leasing procedures;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good numerical and business sense
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Leasing Officer
