    • Oversee administration of CPD/ RME accreditation activities for both internal and external seminars
    • Work with London L&D team and HR Manager to identify training needs on both CPD and non CPD programme
    • In-house trainings coordination including scheduling with speakers, room booking, liaise equipment set up with IT, videoconferencing coordination with Beijing and Shanghai offices
    • Monitor daily operation and process on Learning and Development while working with the Law Society
    • Oversee CPD/ RME compliance, CPD suspension and points
    • Maintain the global training system and be the contact person of the Greater China region.

    Graduate Recruitment
    • Support in trainees management and development
    • Coordinate performance review sessions and trainings between Partners/Senior Fee Earners and Trainees
    • Manage all administration and arrangement on training contract registration with Law Society and internal trainee seat change
    • Oversee the summer internship program and summer student program including interview arrangement and program admin
    • Aid in CV screening, selection and conduct interviews
    • Work with HR Manager in annual Hong Kong Law Fair, open day and recruitment talks
    skills & experiences required.
    • Bachelor's degree holder in HR or related disciplines
    • With minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Learning & Development and/or Graduate Recruitment in professional firms (Law firm experience would be an advantage)
    • Experience working with the Law Society
    • Must be computer literate; proficient in MS Office Suite and Windows required
    • Must possess a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality as well as a team-player attitude
    • Should be extremely detail-oriented and organized, must take initiative and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Excellent attention to detail, developed organizational and follow up skills
    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Good communication skills with customer services mindsets and a sincere attitude
    • Demonstrated self-starter with the desire to show ownership and commitment
