- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a relevant field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Significant experience in Learning and Development (L&D) roles, preferably in a social or nonprofit organization.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing impactful L&D programs that drive employee development and engagement.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align L&D initiatives with business objectives.
- Experience in utilizing digital learning platforms and technologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for social impact and a commitment to fostering a learning culture within the organization.
