We are currently representing a listed developer in Hong Kong to hire landscape talents. They are reputed for its creative, diverse and design-oriented building development projects, ranging from large scale commercial complex, office buildings, malls, residential building and so forth. They are known as their inclusive culture and nice package. The company is currently calling for an landscape talent to join their in house design team as a Landscape Designer.

about the role

Reporting to the Team Leader, you are expecting your major responsibilities to be the below:

• You will be take charge of the landscape design drawings delivery from concept to construction to ensure the landscape project is completed in a timely and quality manner
• Prepare, review and evaluate landscape technical drawings as well as offering technical advice on landscape design matters to ensure the project is up to standards and requirements
• Liaise and work closely with relevant stakeholders, including client representatives, contractors, internal teams
• Lead the junior staff as well as providing guidance and support throughout the projects

Requirements & qualifications

• Associate Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture or equivalent
• Around 3-6 years of experience in landscape design delivery for new building development projects in reputable architectural practices/design firm/landscape consultancies
• Detail-minded, flexible as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, planning and management skills with strong design flair
• Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin; fluency in English is a plus
• Knowledge in design software for landscape design, etc.
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must; fluency in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
