About the company:

You will be joining a Multinational Retail Company that has excellent business performance in recent years (more than 50% growth!). They are going to expand their business across the APAC region, and therefore are looking to hire a new Senior IT Support to join the team to drive the new projects.

About the team: You will be reporting to the Head of IT and to supervise 2 IT supports. To drive the IT projects, you also need to work closely with the APAC regional IT teams, and the vendors in different regions. About the job:
  • Work with the team for the helpdesk function to provide L1-L2 user support to the APAC users
  • Act as the key person to manage the IT projects which includes but not limited to new ticketing system implementation project, CRM revamp project, new store openings project and etc.
  • Supervise and communicate with the local vendors to ensure the projects can be effectively and successfully lauched
  • Provide IT training for the APAC users for the existing / latest systems
Skills & experiences required:
  • At least 4 years working experience in IT support, preferably in the retail industry
  • MCSE, MCP, CCNA, MCA certification holder will have an advantage
  • Strong in problem-solving, project management, and communication with different stakeholders.
  • Experience in Office 365, POS system and Troubleshooting.
  • Fluent in Spoken and Written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
