Provide 1st and 2nd level support to users
Keep ticketing and activity tracking systems up-to-date with job progress
Keep the IT Manager and Helpdesk informed of task status, escalating when needed
Conduct system upgrades, maintenance, and support tasks
Check meeting room facilities daily and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Manage meeting room facilities readiness, ensuring they are prepared for use
Perform any other assigned tasks as required.

Possess a diploma or higher education degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technology support role (Fresh Graduates will be considered)
Experience in supporting trade floor or financial services IT would be an advantage
Knowledgeable in Microsoft desktop, Office 365, and/or Azure platforms
Possess strong troubleshooting skills
Good command of both written and spoken English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus)
