• Define and implement the IT sourcing strategy to achieve best interests of the company while complying with company's overall strategy.
• Be the point of contact for related IT service vendors or product suppliers.
• Build up and maintain rapport with vendors to better deliver business requirements which align with business strategies.
• Review and manage contractual requirements and obligations both internally and externally with suppliers.
• Oversee supplier performance and ensure smooth service delivery by maintaining an open and timely communication with suppliers and system integrators.
• Review supplier performance by establishing various metrics scorecards and conducting surveys with key stakeholders to manage SLAs across different functions and aspects.
• Fulfil procurement requirements for projects and operations of the business to ensure smooth and cost-effective supplies of services and products.
• Understand the Bill of Material (BOM) lists of products to negotiable prices and terms with suppliers to maximise the benefit and protection of the business.
• Conduct commercial analysis, financial planning and control, reporting and documentation of related project commercial activities.
• Identify and mitigate potential commercial risks across the project scopes of work.
