My client is a well-established business, and they are looking for a Senior Manager with solid project experience in ERP systems and implementing tech solutions for accounting and finance purposes; as well as stakeholder management and data analytics experience.

- Work as a team lead and product owner of ERP systems and participate in overseeing the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Finance & Operations (F&O) modules for the Hong Kong and Macau market
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify process improvements, and develop strategies for system enhancements within the environment
- Manage a team and provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure effective system management, user training, and troubleshooting
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve issues, perform data analysis, and optimize the performance of the systems and modules
- Build data visualizations and reports aligned with business requirements
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Business administration, Finance or a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in ERP systems and digital transformation, ideally specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365; candidates with specialization in SAP or Oracle products will also be considered
- Strong experience in the finance module of ERP systems such as MS Dynamics F&O, SAP FICO, Oracle Netsuite/Fusion, etc.
- Sound knowledge of accounting and finance principles and procedures
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in leadership or managerial roles within an enterprise-level organization
- Solid experience in business process analysis, system integration, project management methodologies, vendor management, etc.
- Prior experience in data analytics for high-volume data/business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI would be advantageous
- Proficiency in both Cantonese and English, candidates must be currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit
- A background in the FMCG, F&B, or manufacturing industry is preferable
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
