- Lead and manage the team and 3rd party vendors to design and develop a set of processes, best practices, guidelines, standards for existing and upcoming in-house platforms/digital projects
- Define and manage the strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans covering the projects
- Participate in project and resource management to ensure that solutions delivered are high-quality, on schedule and easy-to-support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to brainstorm and plan creative new features for the innovative products based on the business needs and market trends
- Manage team and 3rd party vendor' performance and coach the teams in building continuous delivery based software release pipelines with best practice
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in architecture design and project management for the solutions which supporting group level business; retail/F&B/IT consulting industry background is preferable
- Strong experience in designing technology roadmaps and strategies for digital solutions
- Expertise in design, development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of retail/digital technology solutions including but not limited to web/mobile applications, eCommerce and CRM system etc.
- Good understanding in SDLC including the processes of application design, development, deployment and maintenance etc.
- Strong people management skill and is able to lead both internal team and external vendors to meet the agreed standard and timeline for multiple projects
- Knowledge of modern stack in JavaScript such as React/React Native and CI/CD tools such as Git/Jenkins/Docker is a plus
- Strong business mindset, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Good command in both spoken and written both Chinese and English is a must
- PMP/SCM certification would be advantageous
