job description

Due to rapid expansion of our client's business in Hong Kong, they are currently seeking for a Senior IT Helpdesk to join their team in contributing to their successful business.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide daily system support and consultation directly to end-users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems
  • Conduct system & network maintenance, administration and documentation
  • Handle ad hoc projects as appropriate


Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ solid user support and system administration experience
  • Independent, motivated and self-initiated, a team player
  • Customer-service oriented with problem-solving attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, service-oriented
