    My client is a well known organization with a company size over 800 headcount. They are currently looking for a Senior HR Officer to join their team.

    Reporting to the Senior HR Manager within a sizable HR team.

    about the job.

    • Account servicing for assigned departments from recruitment, negotiating offers, preparing contracts, on/offboarding
    • Responsible for recruitment activities such as career fairs and trainee programs
    • Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers, for manpower planning and providing them professional HR advices
    • Maintain and keep up to date of the employee records in the HR system
    • Support C&B team when required, duties such as benefit renewal, payroll checking and others
    • Assist in any ad hoc HR projects as required

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
    • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience focusing in recruitment, candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Officer
    • Fast paced, high flexibility, determined and positive personality
    • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
    • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
