- Responsible for streamline and supporting HR processes administration across the on/off-boarding, contract preparation, notice letters, payroll calculation and benefit administration, tax filing
- Update HR system to ensure that employees' data are accurately maintained in line with data protection, work closely with vendors on daily for system support and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with business functions and other stakeholders on secondees' employment and tax related matters
- Ensure the data and procedures are carried out in a professional, timely and accurate manner in accordance with the company policies and standard
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to facilitate data driven decision making and to identify and recommend process improvements
- Continuously seek for opportunities for optimization of the operational HR processes and develop value adding enhancements using technology, group scale, process improvement with a special focus on payroll, digital workflow and documents
- Support in any ad hoc projects as required e.g. salary & bonus review
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 7+ years of HR operations experience working across in sizable platforms, good system data and HR system, experience in handling payroll calculations
- Flexible, detail minded and a great team player
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems such as Workday
- Well versed with HK Labour Ordinance
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
