    My client is a sizable company with different businesses, currently around 300+ headcount in their head office. They are currently looking for a Senior HR Officer to join their team and support the corporate functions.

    Reporting to the Manager within a small team.


    about the job.

    • Account servicing for assigned departments, responsible for employment contract preparation, onboarding, creating p-file, performance management, offboarding
    • Handle HR-related issues with managers in a proactive and diplomatic fashion, identify practical solutions and appropriate action plans
    • Conduct exit interview and identify trends and recommending actions to address concerns
    • Implement, update and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws and regulations
    • Monitor staff record and data in a digital and efficient way, support on any HRIS enhancement and updates
    • Streamline HR processes and efficiency, HR operations support including payroll, benefit administration
    • Provide advice and insights for workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management & development to ensure succession planning for key positions
    • Support in any ad hoc projects as required

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
    • Minimum 4+ years of HRBP / HR Generalist experience working across in sizable platforms
    • Corporate, hands on, humble, a great team player
    • Proficient in MS Office; as well as capacity to operate in databases including HRIS systems
    • Well versed with HK Labour Ordinance, knowledge
    • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
