About the Company

Our client is a well-established retail group, with multiple brands under their group. With a growing presence in Asia Pacific, they're looking to hire a passionate TA Specialist with experience in handling both frontline and back-office headcounts.


As the TA Executive, you will be reporting directly into the HR Manager, and will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, including onboarding, and other generalist duties.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment - screen CVs, telephone screening, interviews, up to onboarding for both frontline staff, as well as back-office
  • Engage and attract top talent through a number of recruitment platforms
  • Support HRIS projects and budgeting reports for the region
  • Liaising with retail staff, as well as team heads and acting as a business partner to internal stakeholders
  • Ad-hoc projects included

Skills and Experience Requirements

To be an ideal candidate, you must have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, generalist
  • Experience or exposure within the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a result-oriented personality
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, Mandarin an advantage
