People-development is one of the core value of the business, they are looking for a Senior Manager/ HR Director to look after Business Partering & Talent Management program across Greater China.

It is an exciting opportunity for individual that would be partnering with the business to roll out Change Management Program & Talent Development Program across Greater China.

About the job:

  • Business Partnering - Provide strategic HR consultations to executives in support the people issues
  • Organisational Development - Help develop the organisation in line with business objectives and contribute to organisational strategy
  • Talent development - Strategically manage careers on an individual basis by building development plans, defining training opportunities, and also coach the HR business partners to drive the performance management process for personal and department growth
  • Succession planning - Lead and drive the Talent Review process by developing divisional succession plans, in conjunction with HR Business Partners
  • Change Agent - Supports and facilitates change programs
  • Grow people to grow business
Skills & Experiences Required:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of HR related experience required
  • Ideally look for candidate from consultancy/advisory industry background
  • Fluent English, Mandarin & Cantonese is a must
