It is an exciting opportunity for individual that would be partnering with the business to roll out Change Management Program & Cultural Initiative in Hong Kong looking after 600 headcounts.

About the job:

  • Consult with HR functions to develop the overall HR Strategy and framework
  • Ensure integrated global HR change management and communications approaches are being developed and implemented
  • Deliver global inclusion and diversity programs & human capital Strategy
  • Monitor overall effectiveness of HR programs and identify and analyze people related issues
  • Lead the engagement survey strategy and work with business leaders in the engagement space to evaluate and develop better communication strategies
  • Responsible to review & monitor talent succession planning & manpower needs
  • Develop innovative talent development strategies to address business needs
  • Identify external supplier for related talent management programs
Skills & Experiences Required:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of HR related experience required
  • Fluent English, Mandarin & Cantonese is a must
