- Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations, staff engagements, learning & development
- Handle staff related issues, employee compensation / complain cases, able to solve the issue and ensure a smooth HR operations
- Formulate and review HR policies and procedures in compliance with statutory requirements and bring in markets best practices and new trends
- Take part in weekly meetings with corporate group heads and senior managements
- Provide HR strategies and recommendations for line managers / stakeholders on manpower planning, reward strategies, organisational development
- Support in any HR projects as assigned by senior management
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of HR generalist working experience working in hospitality or MNC background preferred
- Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong
- Smart, independent, energetic, presentable and high flexibility
- Proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
