    My client is a local based healthcare company with rapid expansion. They are currently looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their team with 400+ headcount in the HK office with business in China region.

    Report to the Assistant General Manager and leading 2 subordinates.

    • Responsible for recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, staff engagement
    • Handle end to end recruitment process including on/off boarding, interviewing, negotiate offer proposal, contract preparation, performance review
    • Final checking for payroll, handling budgeting, annual salary review, salary benchmarking, benefit review, develop and design incentive scheme
    • Review HR policies and procedures in accordance to corporate objectives and compliance standard
    • Act as the contact point for employee relations and communicate with different parties of interest, providing senior management professional HR advice and services
    • Assist China HR team for recruitment, employee related issues when needed
    • Support in any ad hoc projects as required

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
    • Minimum 10+ years of HR generalist background in a fast paced environment and strong C&B knowledge
    • Experience in leading a small team in previous roles
    • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related HR Ordinances
    • Agile, independent, a great team player, proactive and positive attitude
    • Proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
