A leading European Bank are looking for a HR Business partner with an operational background to help lead the functions for their smaller office here in Hong Kong.
This is the most senior role in Hong Kong and will very much still be technical day to day.
What does the role involve?
- Facilitate effective communications, leads through change and fosters cultural progress.
- Administer employee relations policies and programs in compliance with company policy and country specific legislation.
- Act as an advisor to the leadership team in matters of compensation, reward strategies, benefits, performance management, talent management and employee relations to the teams based in the region.
- Deliver business outcomes by advising the leadership team on HR best practices and acting as a role-model for the rest of the team.
- Oversee Office Administraton & Maintenance
- Handle staff onboarding process and enhance effectiveness of orientation
- Partner line managers to ensure best recruitment and selection practices
What experience do you need?
...- BA or similar in HR / related fields
- Experience working in a broad HR role
- Financial services / professional services experience is helpful
- Cantonese & English language skills
