About the Company:

Our client is one of the leaders in the industry and they are currently expanding their HK business.

They are looking for a seasoned HR professional to take up the Senior C&B Manager role to look after all round C&B matters for a newly established project.

Job Description:

Business Partnering (50%)

  • Act as the bridge betweenLeadership team and local offices
  • Communicate with Leadership team for the upcoming business plans
  • Provide honest and professional advice/ solutions to Leadership team

  • Maintain a good relationship with both internal and external stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits (50%)

  • Oversees C&B duties including but not limited C&B rewards, salary benchmarking, benefits upgrade/ review etc.
  • Lead a team and look after hands on C&B operations including payroll calculation, C&B administration and more
  • In charge of policy review and upgrade to make sure it aligns with company direction and the HK Labour Law
  • Act as one of the key players in annual C&B projects such as annual salary review, budgeting and more
  • Monitor and ensure payroll processing and payment is performed timely and accurately
  • Participate in different HR/ employee engagament projects
  • Assist in any ad hoc HR task if needed

Skills & Experiences required:

  • University degree in HR Management or a related field
  • At least 8 years of C&B and HRBP experience in sizeable firms
  • Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin, prefer candidates who are flexible, creative yet sensitive to numbers
  • Candidate with short notice period will be an advantage
