- Responsible for recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations
- Handle end to end recruitment process for local office including, on/off boarding, interviewing, offer proposal, contract preparation, performance review
- Oversee China team (small team) for payroll management and staff issues
- Handle payroll processing, budgeting, annual salary review, salary benchmarking, benefit review
- Ensure alignment around the organisation's vision and values as a solid foundation for strategy
- Work closely with business leaders to clearly identify and articulate the people components of the strategy
- Review HR policies and procedures in accordance to corporate objectives and compliance standard
- Managing the HR budget and reporting on current and future staffing costs and initiatives
- Support in any ad hoc projects as required

skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 8+ years of HR generalist background within retail / wholesale / distributor preferred, less experience will considered as HR Manager
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related HR Ordinances
- Knowledge in PRC Employment law and regulations is a plus
- Independent, proactive and positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
