    My client is a well known property company with over 1,000 headcount in Hong Kong and offices in China. They are currently looking for a seasoned Senior HR Manager (HRBP) to join their team.

    Reporting to HR GM and leading 1-2 subordinates.

    • Account servicing for assigned departments; IT department and others, manage full employee life cycle from attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and separation
    • Handle end to end recruitment process for corporate functions for Hong Kong office, also supporting China HR team on senior hires
    • Work closely with senior stakeholders and department heads, providing them professional HR advisory on manpower planning, salary review, budgeting, performance review, talent management
    • Drive HR initiatives, projects and strategies, streamline policies and procedures, communications, employment framework
    • Provide people analytics and reporting for better decision-making and provide governance for workforce planning and position management
    • Support in any ad hoc projects as required

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
    • Minimum 10 years of HRBP and Talent Acquisition working experience in sizable corporate functions, experience in driving HR initiatives and HR projects
    • Excellent communication skills, well experienced in working closely with senior stakeholders and line managers in providing them professional HR advices
    • Smart, problem solver, corporate, a great team player and able to work in a fast paced environment
    • Well versed with HK Labour Ordinance, knowledge in China labour law will be a plus
    • Proficient in MS Office, knowledge in HR systems is a plus
    • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
