About the Company:

Our client is a Global Well Known Conglomerate group. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a driven individual to work in their Taiwan Office responsible for Retail and F&B Business.
Job Description:
  • Responsible for a wide range of C&B strategic initiatives
  • Lead various C&B projects including annual salary review, salary bench-marking and bonus review
  • Ensure quality delivery of daily C&B activities including payroll checking, salary proposal, salary review, benefit review and more for both Retail and Corporate Office
  • Initiate and support both strategic rewards management and administration activities
  • Design and implement HRIS-test plans to validate all HRIS process
  • Manage the C&B team, particularly with regard to performance management and team members development
  • Consult, design and implement all-round C&B policies and program with timely market pricing and job mapping
  • Participate in ad hoc HR Project and initiatives
Skills & Experiences Required.
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • 5 years of HR related experience required with C&B Background
  • Retail industry background would be preferred
  • Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
