    • Develop and maintain HR budget, C&B schemes and remuneration policies
    • Review, analyze, and co-ordinate the manpower planning
    • Oversee and manage the performance appraisal. supports Review process and organize calibration meeting for leaders to align the assessment standard
    • Annual HR budgeting, bonus and salary review plans
    • Liaise with Compliance and Internal Audit to make sure the bank comply with legal and regulatory requirement
    • Maintain ECF record and ensure the bank’s remuneration system comply with HKMA Supervisory guideline (CG-5)
    skills & experiences required.
    • Degree with major in Human Resources Management, Finance and Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant discipline
    • At least 6 years working experience in C&B, preferably in bank
    • Familiar with statutory and compliance requirements including Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations for Hong Kong
    • Good analytical, presentation and communication skills required
    • Excellent Chinese and English writing skills required and preferably fluent in Mandarin and English speaking
