Our client is a listed construction company. They are looking for an experienced HR Generalist / HR & Admin professional to join their team.about the job.
- Perform full spectrum HR functions, including Talent Acquisitions, C&B, Training co-ordinations, Reporting, Employee relationship initiatives, etc.
- Engage in end-to-end recruitment to ensure best talents are recruited and retained;
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure that best practice of HR enforcement is in place
- Supervise a small admin team on day to day office admin services, logistic supports, etc.
- Prepare reports and statistics for reviewing on management's request
- Provide assistance in ad hoc projects
skills & experiences required.
- Asso. degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in any HR functions, supervisory experience is advantageous
- Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation, knowledge in Chinese labour law is also advantageous
- Experience in main-stream HRIS and excel
- A good level of written English and English-Canto-Mando tri-lengual speaking is required
- A communicator that enjoys working in a tight team
