Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Assist in administering employee benefits programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Assist in developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Assist in managing the performance appraisal process, providing coaching and feedback to employees, and working with managers to develop and implement performance improvement plans.
Participate in HR projects, as needed.
Procure office equipment and supplies, manage vendors, and control the office budget.
Handle the payment and accounting related to office expenses and prepare accounting entries.
Maintain employee records, including personnel files, leave records, and other HR-related documents.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Human Resources.
Minimum 2-3 years of human resources and administrative experience, preferably in the financial sector.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Proficiency in computer software applications including MS-Word, Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and multitasking with a passion for work.
Immediate availability is preferred.
