- Responsible for recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, learning & development, performance management, staff relations and office administration
- Manage payroll processing, budgeting and forecasting, rewards and benefit review, salary benchmarking
- Drive HR strategies related to manpower planning, performance appraisal, talent development, staff engagement
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads and provide them HR recommendations and advisory for related matters / projects
- Revamp and set up HR policies & procedures, align with the local regulation
- Support in any ad hoc projects as required
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience and at least 3 years of management experience
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and tax regulations
- Flexible, detail minded, well organised and a great communicator
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
