Report to the Senior Brand Controller, you will have the opportunity to:

• Oversee the financial operations and controls of the brand/company.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to ensure the brand's financial health and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial closing processes, including month-end and year-end procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as accounting, treasury, and operations, to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Assess and manage financial risks, including identifying potential risks, implementing controls, and developing contingency plans.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Lead or participate in financial audits, coordinating with external auditors and addressing audit findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and accounting to drive continuous improvement.

If you are / have:

• Bachelor degree holder in Finance / Accounting or other relevant major
• 5 years of FP&A experience
• Good to have experience in ERP system
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Passionate in Retail!
