Manager to lead a team of 10

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Finance Director, you are responsible for:

Manage financial planning, consolidation package and budget management functions of the Group, including cash flow forecasting,budgeting, KPI and performance tracking
Conduct financial and business analysis based on external data and market research to support management decision-making
Collaborate with country finance teams and overseas business operations teams to provide useful financial insights and analysis to improve performance and efficiency
Assist in internal control policies setup as well as finance/ operation process improvements
Work closely with internal and external parties from auditor to other professional vendors
Involve in system upgrade and implementation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/ Business or equivalent
Minimum 6 years' working experience working in with minimum 2 years working in big 4 or other sizable audit firm
HKICPA /ACCA/ CPA or equivalent qualification
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Self-driven and able to work under pressure
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
