One Man Band - Report to the Business Owner
Full Set + FRR reporting for 4,9 Business

Our client is a relatively new business in Hong Kong and looking to expand their investment portfolio into the digital asset sector and looking for a talented, individual contributor, able to cope with pressure with great knowledge in the investment field to support the business growth, and the position is a one man band role and report directly into the business owner with better and easier communications.

Job Descriptions:

Responsible for daily accounting operations for both 4,9 business as well as to monitor business performance and report to the business owner
Manage payment function, taxation matters, and ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements
Perform fund accounting, review monthly NAV calculation and work closely with fund admin on KYC related duties
Work closely with the company's investment team and third-party agencies (banks, lawyers, intermediaries, etc.) to ensure proper investment transaction processing and capital management
Perform cashflow and liquidity monitoring of investment portfolios
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the business owner or top management team

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Professional Accounting or any related disciplines
Professional Qualification in ACCA, CPA Aus, HKICPA or CICPA
At least 7 years of working experience, minimum of 3 years in-house FRR reporting experience for manager title, and at least 12-15 years of experience for Senior Manager level
Strong in FRR reporting (4,9), able to work as an individual contributor, detail minded and great understanding of a business operation from a finance perspective
Strong interpersonal skills with great presentation and communication skills
Great fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken commands
Candidates with more relevant experience in crypto or PE are also welcome for FC title
