Our client company is a leading engineering group with extensive presence in the local, Mainland China and APAC market. To cope with their office relocation project, they have a new opportunity inviting facility officers to join their team.

About the Role

• Provide all-rounded facility and administrative support to the office relocation project
• Assign tasks to site teams and oversee their progress until completion
• Offer administrative support to the on-site facility management team
• Handle inquiries from internal staff and external clients regarding office matters

About the Requirement

• Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or a related discipline is preferred but not a must
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management / facility management within office environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
