About the company

Our client is an international service provider headquartered in Hong Kong. We’re currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Executive, Facilities & Administration to oversee the corporate administration duties in their Hong Kong office.

Job responsibilities

This position will directly report to the Assistant Manager of Administration, and work closely with a 10-people team under the Facilities & Administration department. Your main focus will be assisting the general office administration and facilities supporting services, and below:

  • Provide general office administrative and facility support
  • Prepare documentation for procurement including but not limit to tendering, price comparison, market surveys and performance evaluation
  • Handle vendor management and contract renewal process
  • Ensure the procurement process is compliant with the internal policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on product & service requirements, specifications and service level
  • Assist in fixed assets management and control for HK & worldwide offices.
  • Assist in warehouse and inventory management
  • Perform other duties assigned by the department

Skills, experience and attributes required

  • Degree or above
  • Minimum 6 year's experience in administration or facilities management fields, preferably gained from government sector or sizeable companies
  • Knowledge of procurement and tendering procedures
  • Meticulous and detail-minded, strong ability to multi-task and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel on cost analysis/comparison and PowerPoint presentation
  • Immediate availability is highly appreciated
