• Create innovative event programs that engage consumers by integrating trending elements, including:

  • Artistic presentations
  • Cutting-edge technology
  • Light and digital art

• Plan, organize, and execute events, ensuring alignment with global marketing campaigns and successful delivery.

• Develop campaign strategies and curate programs by collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to build partnerships and drive strategic initiatives.

• Engage with government agencies, District Council members, and strategic partners to secure support and approvals for events.

• Implement a comprehensive event participation plan in collaboration with Worldwide Offices and cross-functional teams to enhance visitor satisfaction and encourage word-of-mouth promotion.

• Create sponsorship packages and actively pursue sponsorships and partnerships with commercial sector suppliers.

• Manage and mitigate risks associated with each event, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role in event marketing or event management.

• Experience with a large-scale event organizing firm is advantageous.

• Demonstrated success in orchestrating large-scale international events, overseeing all aspects from concept development and planning to budgeting and execution.
