About the Company
Our client is one of the leading property developers in Hong Kong with a longstanding history and reputable brand name. They develop, own and operate multiple prestigious buildings and portfolios in HK. To cope with their business expansion, they now look for a building services candidate to join their project team.
About the Role
As a senior engineer, you will be responsible for the renovation, fitting out, A&A projects focusing in the residential portfolios. You will engage in project management and coordination including monitoring and reviewing contractors performance, tendering and quotations, regular site supervision and inspection to ensure a smooth project delivery.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in fitting out / renovation project experience, with proven track record in project management & implementation
- Experience in handling residential, service apartment projects will be highly preferable
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
