- Provide legal advice and support to management and human resources team on issues such as employee relations, employment agreements, terminations, due diligence etc.
- Draft, review and negotiate offers of employment, compensation issues, structuring arrangements for all employees
- Work with internal/external regional stakeholders in developing agile solutions for the workplace
- Engage with external counsel as required
skills & experiences required.
- Qualified Lawyer with at least 5 PQE
- Knowledge of regional and international employment regulations, laws and updates is a must
- Able to provide clear and commercial advice to a range of stakeholders
- Fluent English is a must (Chinese added bonus)
