Our client company is a leading market leader with strong complex portfolios in Hong Kong. They develop, own and operate high-end complex commercial, retail and residential portfolios in HK and China. Currently they have an exciting opportunity calling for building services/E&M professionals to bring their career into the next level.

About the Role

Looking after commercial mixed-use portfolio in HK

Full cycle of technical services project planning, budgeting, policy setting, execution, service level and quality

Act as a technical advisor of Leasing & Management on design brief of technical aspects for the project

Carry out checking / make comments of drawings & specification in advance of construction on the aspect of building operation and maintenance

Coordinate with other departments for the comments of design works and ensure the comments are well received and addressed.

Provide guidelines and supervise the on-site managers for all aspects related to service delivery

Check and monitor the operation and maintenance work of the on-site service delivery team to ensure the service levels are meeting the expectation

Review technical skill & standard of the on-site technical teams for the required training of technical staff to enhance service delivery standard.

Perform periodical audit on the quality of service delivery and make recommendation to site team for improvement

About the Requirement

Degree holder in building services / electrical / mechanical engineering or equivalent
MHKIE/MCIBSE / Facilities Management or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in facilities / property management, with 5+ years of managerial experience preferably in developers side
Strong sense of responsibility and with customer-centric mentality
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
