Formulate and execute digital marketing campaigns with the aim of enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and acquiring new customers.
Create, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising initiatives, including SEM, display ads, and social media campaigns, to fulfill specific marketing goals.
Oversee and maintain social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, and XiaoHongShu, developing captivating content that adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Conduct testing of diverse digital marketing strategies to achieve campaign performance targets, such as sales, website traffic, and lead volume.
Utilize various analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 and Facebook Business Suite to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, assess ROI, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Monitor social media channels, promptly respond to user comments and inquiries, and ensure a positive online brand reputation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design and video production, to create compelling digital assets that align with campaign objectives and brand standards.
Work collaboratively with external agencies to implement and optimize campaigns, ensuring the successful attainment of campaign objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging social media platforms, and industry best practices to drive innovation and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or a related field.
Minimum 4+ years in digital marketing, gained from either in-house or agency roles.
Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, with a sharp focus on numbers, including expertise in web analytics and understanding user behavior. Proficient in data management and well-acquainted with Google Analytics 4.
Possess extensive knowledge of diverse digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media, and display advertising.
Showcase proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media management platforms. Experience in managing WeChat and XiaoHongShu platforms would be advantageous.
