- You will be leading a team to achieve customer satisfaction through customer support for internal users
- Providing and assisting the team on providing L1 support
- Point of contact when technical solution requires and managing and reporting incoming technical support inquiries
- record and track team SLAs and workflows
- Creating and assisting teams KPIs and monitoring the results
- Monitoring team performance and report
- Involvement on operational delivery for new services and feature release
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience providing Infrastructure support
- Well experience in infrastructure support tools such as Microsoft products (MS365, Office365, Windows), Linux, Active Directory, VMWare and/or others
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
- Immediately candidates or shorter notice period is required
