About the Company
Our client company is a renowned client with a reputable name in the market. With strategic business expansion, they are now looking for Senior Design Manager, Architecture to join their new team.
About the Role
- Oversee the full cycle projects from pre-conception stage to completion
- Carry out the project design review
- Provide comments and solutions after reviewing the design
- Execute the design ideas in alignment
- Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal parties
Requirement
- Around 13 years of relevant experiences in design background
- Degree holder in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent
- Holder of MHKIA/ RIBA or equivalent
- Proven track record in leadership position in managing mid-large scale project development across Hong Kong
- Experienced in manaing full cycle of project development from feasibility study, design & planning, to construction supervision & handover to operation
- Good leadership skills and good communication skills
