About the company

Senior customer service officer role for a premium German home appliances company, which specialises in producing high-end domestic appliances and commercial equipment. To support their dynamic business, they are looking for a high calibre candidate who could support the call centre operation and handle customer's enquiries and complaints independently.

As a successful senior customer service officer, you will be responsible to:

  • Independently handle incoming customer enquiries and complaints
  • Professionally follow up complaint cases to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain system and customer feedback for service improvement purpose
  • Provide all necessary administrative works within Service Department as well as the company
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the management of the company

Skills & experiences required
To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Diploma or above
  • 5 year's experience in customer service field with at least 3 years in handle complaint case
  • Customer-oriented personality and team player with good communication skill
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
