You will be responsible for investigatory matters and work closely with the executive board as well as business unit heads when required. This department is responsible for investigating all reported cases of misconduct such as fraud, bribery and harassment. You will work closely with business functions including risk management, internal audit and the disciplinary committee to gather evidence and fact-find. You will also be required to recommend any improvements or suggested disciplinary actions from a legal perspective when reporting back to the disciplinary committee.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in Law
- Qualified solicitor (any jurisdiction) with minimum 4 years of PQE, preferably with litigation/investigations experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Fluent English is required with ideally some Chinese language ability
