    Senior Corporate Communications Manager

    Our client is one of the leading real asset managers in APAC providing a diverse range of investment portfolios and management services to clients. With continuous business growth, the company is looking for a Senior Corporate Communications Manager to join the Corporate Communications function.

    about the team.

    • Report to the Head of Corporate Communications
    • Join a team of 3

    about the job.

    • Develop strategic corporate communications plans, inc. external communications, internal communications, sustainability, crisis & issue management, etc.
    • Spearhead communications strategies, develop and uphold branding and positioning principles for the company
    • Manage and maintain digital media engagement platforms (e.g. website and social media) and relevant content
    • Pitch relevant media outlets and journalists for executive interviews and media coverage
    • Produce and review communications contents and materials that align with the corporate branding direction
    • Work directly with the Executives and other internal stakeholders to derive their overall positioning and thought leadership strategy in the regional space
    • Advise and connect the Executives with key public capacities, conferences, events and media interviews to execute the above positioning strategy
    • Keep abreast of the news and updates from different stakeholders, and be the spokesperson and contact point of enquiries
    • Establish the reputation, risk management framework and protocols, and ongoing monitoring
    • Deliver the company's commitment to ESG / sustainability / Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
    • Work closely with the HR department to derive comprehensive and timely employee engagement activities and programmes (e.g. townhall)

    skills & experiences required.

    • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business or any related discipline
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in journalism / branding / communications / public relations in sizable corporates or agencies
    • Capability of working independently and driving self-initiated ideas while also being a supportive team player
    • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent command of spoken and written Traditional Chinese (Cantonese) and English
