As a Senior Consulting Manager, Procurement System, you will
-Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of procurement system projects, such as Jaggaer, Coupa and SAP Ariba, from requirements gathering to system go-live and post-implementation support.
-Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, process requirements, and system expectations.
-Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
-Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and vendors, to ensure project milestones are met.
-Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders, and address any risks or issues that may arise.
-Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
-Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
-Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the procurement system space.

skills & experiences required.
-Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
-Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing procurement system projects, preferably within a consultancy firm or a similar professional services environment.
-Experience in using Jaggaer/ Coupa/ SAP Ariba is a must.
-Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems, including e-procurement, sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
-Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.
-Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
-Ability to travel as needed to client sites.
