Our client is a well-established bank, with a large presence here in Hong Kong and regionally across China.
about the job.
  • Design and review HR policies and procedures and ensure all initiatives are in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead and drive annual projects such as annual salary review and bonus exercise, performance appraisal and annual remuneration system review
  • Compile compensation and benefits data for market surveys
  • Perform implementation and analysis in relation to compensation and benefits related projects and initiatives for the upcoming year
skills & experiences required.
  • University degree with 8+ years' of working experience in human resources; specialising in Compensation and Benefits
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Good project management skills
  • Must be analytical and well-organised
  • A good team player with great people skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
