about the job
- You will assist claims manager and the claims team in claims investigation, daily claims operation, and continuous claims process improvement
- You will assess and approve complicated claims
- You will monitor daily operations to be carried out smoothly
- You will handle enquiries from distribution enquiry team, customer enquiry teams and complaint team
- You will review staff performance, develop and monitor plan for staff development
- You will drive and oversee plans for system modifications and to continue meeting, improving and anticipating customer needs, and developing relationship with agency colleagues
- You will provide training to claim colleagues and other internal staff so as to uplift their claims knowledge
- You will review and revise internal claims manuals, guidelines and practices
skills & experiences required
- You are a Bachelor Degree Holder, qualified with FLMI or equivalent
- You have 5+ years of Claim experiences
- You have a minimum of 1-year management experience
- You are able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- You have good interpersonal skills and are customer-oriented
