- You will assess complex High-end Medical and/or Major Life claims cases.
- You will handle complaints and escalated cases.
- You will monitor team performance and claims management (on-and-offshore) to enhance customers’ experience.
- You will conduct regular reviews and updates on claims guidelines and process manuals.
- You will participate in projects of new product development and system enhancement.
- You will provide training and relevant support to the agency regarding claims matters.
skills & experiences required
- You are a Bachelor Degree Holder, preferably with a Nursing/Medical background.
- You have 5+ years experience in High-end Medical and/or Major Life claims.
- You have good interpersonal skills and are customer-oriented.
- You are able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
