job description

A leading FMCG company are looking to hire a senior HR Rewards Manager to assist with designing and implementing process and procedures regionally within the Group. Reporting into the regional Group head this is perfect for someone looking to move into a strategic role where the creativity of new ideas is key.

What does the role involve?

  • Strategically plan and lead the various compensation and benefits-related projects, in line with the company's business directions and in compliance with local legislation and requirement.
  • In partnership with local rewards teams, ensuring C&B tools, programmes and processes are aligned across the market and executed in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Improve the current C&B structure and policies including Annual Salary Review, Bench-marking exercises, Performance Management, Job grading to Benefits review etc.
  • Support the implementation of change to achieve the objective of enhancing the company's capacity in attracting and retaining talents.

What skills do you need?

  • Exposure to an MNC environment
