    You will join one of the world leading risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory company

    about the job

    • You will generate, maintain and manage a healthy new prospective client pipeline.
    • You will identify opportunities to promote international benefits solutions to clients, both internal and external.
    • You will support the BD team colleagues in technical advice, and to coordinate with client management teams to identify, develop and close strategic sales opportunities.
    • You will build relationships with internal and external parties to maximize the penetration of key target accounts.
    • You will ensure appropriate governance and work quality processes are followed on work.
    • You will act as a subject matter expert for international health benefits solutions, ensuring that clients are regularly informed about the implications and opportunities that changing laws and regulations have on their benefits plan.

    skills & experiences required

    • You are a Bachelor Degree Holder or above
    • You have at least 5 years of employee benefits experience, with experience in brokerage firm is an advantage
    • You have a proven track record in corporate sales, ability to generate profitable revenue and meeting financial targets
