What You'll Bring:

  • A strong understanding of the Insurance Domain, preferably working in Insurance Industry (Insurers, Brokers and Bancassurance)
  • 7+ years’ sales experience with a background in insurance solution product segment and financial services risk management preferably in the client’s context
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proven experience in consulting, developing and implementing client solutions
  • A strong blend of business and analytical acumen along with excellent financial capabilities which includes reporting, budgets, ROI, strategy and forecasting
  • Must be well organized with excellent analytical and negotiating skills, combined with superior oral and written communication skills, with a temperament to aggressively represent, persuade others and negotiate in the best interests of the company
  • An innovative, positive, independent and collaborative mind-set
  • An openness to learning and continual development
  • The mindset to connect into our global insurance network to rapidly solve problems and bring best practice to market

Impact You'll Make:

  • Supports delivery of current year revenue plans by providing problem solving expertise and consultative services to uncover new opportunities and creates compelling value propositions to solve client’s critical business issues.
  • Ensure account penetration by increasing depth and breadth of our solutions across customer organizations by conducting diagnostic assessments to understand the root cause of customer’s business problems in order to drive best in class solutions to address customer pain points. Work with team members to develop alternate sales strategies on stalled opportunities. Negotiates contracts where appropriate to facilitate product availability and to ensure contracts fall within acceptable parameters. Prioritize existing and potential client base that provides our company with the greatest opportunity to sell more solutions.
  • Creates high level business and commercial propositions by accurately understanding, capturing and communicating client’s business issues and working with our company Solution Consulting and Product teams.
  • Consults on solutions that deliver tangible value to our clients. Leverage business process experience, your industry knowledge to understand customer challenges and create solutions that deliver tangible return while growing revenue for our company.
  • Creates and presents clients business requirements in a non-complex manner explaining technical and analytical concepts while articulating their commercial value.
  • Uses strong problem solving, analytical and relationship skills to identify opportunities for creative and innovative solutions.
  • Enhances market perception of our company as a Solutions provider, market leader and thought leader.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Leverages existing networks in the management and development of new and existing relationships across the insurance sector. Manage and lead the external planning process with key clients industry bodies and partners in order to build the insurance brand and establish our company as a partner in insurance analytics. Ensure continuously consistent value delivery on current and new client projects. Ensure issue resolution on all client issues (quality, pricing, resources, etc). Lead documentation of issue root cause and resolution.
